The Family Practice Clinic at Choctaw Nation Health Care Center provides outpatient services to the pediatric, adolescent, and adult population. The physicians in this clinic provide a variety of services including preventative medicine such as physicals and immunizations. They also provide care for common chronic medical conditions in adults including, but not limited to, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chronic lung disease, and diabetes mellitus.
     The Internal Medicine Clinic at Choctaw Nation Health Care Center provides outpatient services to the adult and geriatric populations. The physicians in this clinic provide the same preventative medicine services as Family Practice, but are able to care for more complicated cases through additional training. They also provide care for common chronic medical conditions in adults as above, but they are especially trained to care for the geriatric population with complicated medical problems.
     Both the Family Practice and Internal Medicine providers are caring and competent physicians specially trained to care for all of your health care needs.
