Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the cardiologist, the technologist will be responsible for technical and patient care functions related to cardiovascular ultrasound imaging. Perform cardiovascular ultrasound studies, including echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram, pharmacological echocardiogram, carotid and venogram ultrasound imaging for cardiologist/physician review. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the cardiologist and/or Imaging Services Director.
This position supports Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority code of conduct and compliance by adhering to all laws and regulations, accreditation, licensure requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
Qualification
This position prefers but does not quire ARDMS certification with RDCS or CCI credential. New grads must become certified within one year of hire. CPR certification within 30 days of hire is also required. Requires completion of a two-year AMA approved program and one year of ultrasound training and certification, or two years of allied health experience and successful completion of a two year accredited program, or successful completion of an AMA accredited ultrasound program.

Job Description
Supervise cooks and aides in a variety of food prepartion duties, such as preparing hot and cold foods as well as beverages for patient and cafeteria service. Following the prescribed diet oversees preparation, assemble and service of patient meals and snacks. Will help with the receiving and storage of dietary supplies. As assigned will perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation inspections in the foodservice area. Ensure daily completion of temprature checks and meal count sheets. Assist with quality improvement activities and other record keeping as assigned in the Dietary department.
Qualification
Prefer prior commercial cooking experience in a healthcare operation. Must have the knowledge of proper food handling, production, safety and sanitation procedures applying to the Dietary area. Must have the experience in operating a variety of foodservice machines, basic office machines and cash register. Prefer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs. Is able to work well with co-workers, supervisors, and public under stressful situations. Is able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and a full range of body movement for a prolonged period of the day. Is able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Must be flexible in working hours and days scheduled in order to meet the needs of the Dietary department, may include different shifts, some weekends and holidays. Will fill in for cooks, aides, or cafeteria workers when Dietary is short staffed. Must be able to tolerate very warm and cold work enviroments.

Job Description
The incumbent serves as specialist in the implementation and ongoing support of multi-service clinical software applications used in the hospital and clinic setting for the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center and outlying clinics. The duties involve serving as the assistant to the lead CAC for these packages, consulting with the service lines and their staff in customizing software and training individuals in the daily operation of the packages as well as how the packages integrate with each other. The incumbent is responsible for the support of software packages that automate the capture of clinical encounter information and its retrieval, assists in implementation of new software products obtained by the facility that cover these functions, analyzes and evaluates processes related to information flow. Acquires knowledge of the software involved to determine what are procedural issues versus system/ application deficiencies. Assists staff in the efficient use of the current software. Other duties as needed.
Qualification
RN in good standing with the Nursing Board of this state. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience (2 or more) in clinical applications support in the health care industry or a degree in Medical Informatics. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years experience (with at least 1 year in the past 6 years) in direct patient care (medical, pharmacy, nursing or allied health) with the evidence of interest and knowledge of RPMS software packages or in medical informatics. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and superiors, to speak in front of groups and to communicate in writing policies, procedures, memoranda, and training materials. Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential. Ability to work independent, as well as contribute as part of a team, to plan, coordinate and implement projects and to complete projects on schedule.
