Welcome to the Choctaw Nation Health Care Services. Anchored by the Health Care Center in Talihina, Choctaw Nation has satellite clinics at Broken Bow, Hugo, McAlester and Poteau. We are very proud of our state-of-the-art hospital in Talihina and the comprehensive health services it offers. Since the hospital opened in June, 1999, and with recent renovations to our satellite clinics, the Choctaw Nation is the leader in health care in southern Oklahoma.

     We have an outstanding medical staff at our health facilities. We recently added several part-time specialists at the hospital. These include cardiology specialist, orthopedist, and ophthalmologist. Our outpatient health services include pediatrics, diabetes, eye care and glasses, dental and podiatry. Each employee of the Choctaw Nation Health Services is committed to making your visit a positive experience and providing the highest quality health care.

     Choctaw Nation Health Services continues to expand to meet the ever-changing needs of our people. We are pleased to announce the new Diabetes Wellness Center located on the hospital grounds.

     I truly believe the tremendous strides in health care over the past few years will continue, as quality care for our tribal members remains a primary concern of my administration.
